1. 1. Our sale team get an order from our customer, and send the order to Technical department, and ready for production.
      
   2. Our engineer will “translate” the drawings into a product sheet and make 3D drawings.
      
   3. Technicians then perform simulations to determine the best quality control method.
   4. Make wood patterns based on drawings.
      
   5. Modelling, Mould Assembling and Printing

   6. Ingredient, Make material report, Make sample material parts to stock, and Pouring

   7. After 72 hours of cooling time, gating and risers (feeders) are ready to be removed.
   8. MGS Casting uses computer controlled heat treatment furnaces for crusher jaw plate.
      
   9. After heat treatment, start to machining.
      
   10. Crusher jaw plates are painted as per customer’s requests, package the goods and send to the port
